Here is a Polymore equipped with a maturation tank. The tank is suitable when a slightly longer maturation time is required for the polymer. The need for maturation time varies and it may, for example, depend on temperature or the consistency of the sludge. We feed the polymer to a Volute FS-302 with our Ahlex progressive cavity pump. The pump is equipped with a PT100 sensor to detect dry running and the flow is continuously measured to optimise the consumption of polymer.
