Our dual action foam breaker jet nozzle prevents foam and sludge build-up at the top of the digester. MAF's jet nozzles are fitted to both digesters which are driven by two Vaughan cutting pumps which are also used to circulate over the heat exchanger. The Vaughan's excellent cutting characteristics ensure that the sludge is more finely distributed, improving both flow and digestion.
