Acid-proof steel progressive cavity pumps
AHLEX progressive cavity pumps are our own Swedish-made quality pumps. All AHLEX progressive cavity pumps from us are usually manufactured in acid-proof steel and with mechanical shaft seals in silicon carbide as standard. The coupling rod has an extra-large diameter to prevent the winding of fibres and is fitted with pressed-in, replaceable wear bushes. The push connection lacks tie rod ears to eliminate the risk of pulling an ear off when clamping a new stator in place.

Our progressive cavity pumps are manufactured in Sweden, and each pump is a customised solution that creates unique opportunities for our customers. With an individual ID number, we guarantee full traceability and quality, allowing you to rely on our products for your specific needs.
Eccentric screw pumps for a wide range of environments
Our progressive cavity pumps are designed for short installation length and low head, making them suitable for most environments. AHLEX progressive cavity pumps are particularly suitable for the following business areas: Biogas, Food products, Paper & Pulp, Process industry, Wastewater treatment plants and Waterworks.
As the pump suction casing has a unique welded construction, the inlet connection can be customised. The screw pump can therefore replace an existing pump of another brand and can easily be built into existing pipework without modification.

- BA - En standard pump for municipal and industrial applications
- BC - Trough pump with auger feeders
- DP - Dosing pump for small flows with high precision and
- FB - Food pump with ”Clean in Place” connections.

Do you need help with installation or dismantling?
We offer our customers to have delivered pumps installed on site by our technicians. Perhaps an old worn-out pump is to be replaced, in which case we offer to demolish and dismantle the old one and install the new one, including any pipework. With us, you get a delivery with care and can put your pumps into operation in a short time!
All models of screw pumps are available in ATEX-rated versions.

Our service technicians have extensive experience. We carry out everything from preventive maintenance to all types of pump rebuilds, such as changing from stuffing box to mechanical shaft seal. We are good at customised special solutions and can, for example, adapt pump housings and feed screws to adapt operation to different customer needs.
