Many years of collected experience has generated a reliable design with many advantages.
Our PC pumps are most often made in stainless steel with a mechanical seal in silicon carbide as standard. The coupling rod has an enlarged diamter to prevent winding of fibres and is built with exchangable wear bushing. The pressure flange is without ears for the tierods to eliminate the risk of damaging the ears when a new stator is assembled. Our PC pumps has been designed for short assembly length och low height.
The pumphousing has a unique welded design which enables any chosen placement of the flange for the incoming media.
The pump can easily replace an existing pump of a different brand and be assembled to the existing piping without changes. Our PC pumps are always made to order and therefore any customer specific features can be added and all delivered pumps has a specific traceable ID number.
We offer our customers to install delivered pumps in place. Maybe an old worn pump needs to be replaced? Then we will tear out the old and install the new pump including any modification of the piping.
All models can be delivered as ATEX classed.
