As TE, MAF has torn out old equipment and installed a Volute FS-302 sludge dewaterer, pumps and polymer equipment. The process is controlled by measuring the TS content of the incoming sludge so that the machine is constantly working towards a constant capacity measured in kg/TS per hour. This provides a smooth process with optimised results for the outgoing TS content, susp in the reject and polymer consumption.
