Our future service technician will primarily help our customers with qualified pump repairs and preventive maintenance. To some extent, the service also involves checking and troubleshooting any plant problems and part of the work involves running tests with our sludge dewatering equipment at the customer's site. Follow-up of completed customer assignments is important and it is desirable that each individual assignment is summarised in a report that is registered in our CRM system. Co-operation and co-ordination with our technical sales representatives is required. For a responsible person, the position offers the opportunity to work on service projects in an independent and free role.
The position is a permanent full-time position with a 6-month probationary period. It is estimated that you will have about 50-70 travelling days per year as our customers are located around the country, which means that working hours can vary from week to week so it is required that you are flexible.
