We are up to more than 60 customer visits where we have carried out tests of sludge dewatering with Volute. It's always fun to show off the technology! Together with the customers, we see how clean the reject becomes and how dry the dry sludge becomes! After each test, we write a detailed test report. Here we present all the results from the test. We often test several different types of polymers to find the optimal flock. We also calculate the appropriate size of machine for daily operation and report the estimated consumption of electricity, polymer and flushing water.

Volute is a Japanese invention. The equipment is manufactured by the company Amcon. We have worked together with Amcon for many years and we are responsible for the agency in Sweden. Amcon has for many years had a factory in the Czech Republic and a European organisation.

We come to you and carry out the tests together with you. We connect the equipment and start the test. We bring pumps, flow meters, TS meters, hoses, polymer equipment, etc. A test usually takes 3-4 days to complete. we do this at cost price.
