Volute at Torekov ARV
Volute sludge dewaterer is installed and commissioned at Torekov ARV. It is a model called FS303. With Volute sludge dewatering, you get a quiet and efficient operation. The machine rotates at about 4 revolutions per minute and provides good performance in terms of TS content, reject and polymer consumption.
Rotamix at Klagshamns ARV
Vaughan cutting pump, hydraulic nozzles and pipework are now installed in 2 RK. With Rotamix hydraulic agitation, higher production of methane gas is achieved. Other advantages are that there are no moving parts inside the tank and sedimentation is minimised.

Dewatering with Volute in Vimmerby!
The installation of two Volute FS-401 is complete and operation is in full swing! Vimmerby has chosen to dewater with Volute. Since this technology was introduced in Sweden, more than 40 installations have been made and put into operation.

Here Bobo sets the angles for optimal mixing in a biogas tank. With Rotamix, sedimentation is minimised! There are no moving parts inside the tank which makes preventive maintenance easy! The big win is that you get more methane gas and usually at a higher concentration! All our Rotamix systems are powered by a Vaughan cutting pump!
