With our long experience of pumping viscous media, we are often asked to adapt the pump to the customer's wishes. We are happy to do this because we have our own production of progressive cavity pumps and therefore we can easily adapt the pump to the customer's wishes.
Here is a project where the customer has a high suction head and a viscous media. The NPSH is far outside the pump's pumping curve. The pump part, rotor and stator are placed down in the medium and the drive unit above. The total length of the pump is 6 metres. The two vertical pumps pump the media up to two horizontal pumps which then push the media long distances.
